How this is built
Prices are TCGplayer market prices for English cards, pulled daily through PokemonPriceTracker into our price database. The 7-day move compares the Sep 26 snapshot with the one from Sep 19. Rows are ranked by the size of the percent change.
Cards priced under $10 a week ago are left out so penny cards don’t crowd the table, and sealed quotes that come back as a placeholder are dropped. Coverage is 5 of the 22 sets in the index for now; more are being added.
Score is the Pincer score, 0–100: a weighted blend of price momentum (log-price slope over 56 days), drop from the 56-day high, TCGplayer-to-eBay spread, eBay sales liquidity, PSA population growth and grading return. Cards with fewer than 3 recent eBay sales or under 14 days of history are flagged low-confidence. Scores recompute daily after the morning price refresh; the Movers table is frozen Wednesdays at 3:00 AM ET.
